My name is Massimo, Max for my friends, my wife Alessandra and our kids. I cook lasagne since I was a child and over the years I have experimented with more than 200 different “models”. Before moving to the UK from Italy, I was in charge of social enterprises taking care of the planning and start-up of new services for citizens and local communities.
LAZFOOD is my first personal undertaking; a wonderful adventure in which I am bringing all the experience and enthusiasm of the past.

My name is Alessandra, Ali for my friends, my Husband Max and our kids. I learn to cook sweets in a famous pastry shop in Bologna when I was university; over the years I have experimented with more than 100 different “models”. Before moving to the UK from Italy, I was a textile designer and before that, a psychomotor of childhood. I am passionate about art history and mathematical sciences; I have always loved creating, studying and dancing and it is this ecliptic that I bring to this new venture.
